Program Purpose

To empower D9 organizations by featuring our fundraisers, community projects, scholarship initiatives, and service events across A&W Greek Shop’s platforms—while celebrating our unique contributions to the community.

Pillars:

1. 🌟 SPOTLIGHT SATURDAYS

A weekly Instagram + Facebook + email feature highlighting a D9 chapter’s current initiative. Each feature includes:

• A custom announcement about your event/fundraiser/project

• A short write-up/interview about the mission

• A call-to-action link to donate, participate, or support

• Option to tag and amplify on Instagram Stories

2. 🛍️ GREEK GIVEBACK COLLABS

Special product collaborations where a percentage of profits from selected A&W Greek Shop merchandise are donated to the featured chapter’s cause for the month.

• Products branded as “Greek Giveback Edition”

• Customized hangtags or packaging mentioning the cause

• Monthly rotation with different D9 orgs or chapters

3. 📣 COMMUNITY INITIATIVE SUBMISSION PORTAL

A dedicated page on the A&W website where your organization can:

• Submit upcoming events, fundraisers, and service projects

• Request social media promotion

• Apply for Giveback Product Collaborations

4. 🎥 D9 LEGACY STORIES (Quarterly Video Series)

Short-form video interviews (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) highlighting:

• Chapters with outstanding service records

• Unique philanthropic projects

• Legacy members making an impact
