Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page. Print-on-Demand items ship withing 7-10 business after the order is placed.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A subsequent email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping options at checkout may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage®

  • USPS Priority Mail®

  • USPS Priority Mail Express®

Orders less than $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more.  Special Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Current USPS Service Updates

As of May 14, 2025, USPS has implemented changes that may affect delivery times:

  • Service Standard Changes: USPS has refined service standards for various mail classes, including First-Class Mail, Periodicals, Marketing Mail, Package Services, USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. These changes aim to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Weather-Related Delays: Severe weather and flooding in states such as Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio may impact mail and package delivery.

  • Special Events: Increased activity surrounding major events, like the professional football championship game in New Orleans, may cause temporary delivery disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with your delivery:

  • Delayed or Missing Packages: Refer to USPS guidelines on delayed mail and packages: USPS Delayed Mail and Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by USPS, please contact us at info@awgreekshop.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
