How Pre-Orders Work:
Product Availability Window. Pre-orders are open for a limited time or while supplies last. The product listing will clearly indicate if it is a pre-order item
Payment. Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item.
Estimated Delivery Date. Ships mid-September 2025. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery may vary due to production or supplier delays. We will communicate any significant changes via email
Shipping & Fulfillment. Your order will be shipped once the pre-order product arrives at our fulfillment center. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may ship them together or separately depending on your selection at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds. Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@awgreekshop.com. After 24 hours, pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless: The product arrives damaged (per our standard return policy), or. We are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days of the latest estimated shipping window.
Returns/Exchanges. Pre-order items are made in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the item is defective, in which case it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
