1. What is a Print-On-Demand (POD) product?
Print-On-Demand items are made just for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures each product is unique and produced with care. Because these items are custom printed, they may take a little longer to ship.
2. How long does it take to receive my Print-On-Demand order?
Most POD items ship within 7–10 business days from the date of your order. Shipping times may vary based on your location and demand. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
3. Can I return or exchange Print-On-Demand items?
Yes, you can return or exchange products that are not customized. However, all POD products that are custom made are final sales unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check sizing and customization details before placing your order. If there’s a problem, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
4. Will my Print-On-Demand item look exactly like the product photo?
We work hard to represent our products as accurately as possible, but due to the printing process and monitor display variations, slight differences in color or placement may occur. Rest assured, every product meets our high-quality standards.
5. Can I personalize my Print-On-Demand item?
Some POD products may offer personalization options such as chapter name, crossing year, or line number. Look for customization fields on the product page. If available, follow the instructions carefully when ordering.
6. Can I order POD items with my chapter’s bulk order?
No, Print-On-Demand items are processed separately and ship directly from our POD production partners. They cannot be included in bulk or pop-up shop orders.
7. Why are some POD items shipped separately from other items in my order?
Print-On-Demand products are made and shipped from different facilities than our in-stock or handmade items. If you ordered both types of items, you may receive them in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
8. Do POD items include official Greek licensing?
Yes! A&W Greek Shop is an officially licensed retailer of most Divine Nine organizations. Our POD designs follow brand guidelines and honor the legacy of each organization.
9. How do I care for my Print-On-Demand apparel?
To keep your gear looking fresh, wash inside out in cold water, use mild detergent, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the design.
10. Who do I contact if I have an issue with my POD order?
Email us at contact@awgreekshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos if your item arrived damaged. Our team is here to help and will respond within 1–2 business days.
