When will my Heritage order ship?
Estimated delivery is Fall 2026. Reservation holders will receive production updates throughout the process.
Why is Heritage offered as a reservation event?
Heritage pieces are produced in limited quantities to maintain quality and craftsmanship standards.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. Reservation holders receive regular production and fulfillment updates by email.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, reservations become final as materials and production commitments are made based on reservation quantities. If A&W Heritage is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.
Will this style be available again?
Future production runs are not guaranteed.
Heritage pieces are currently available through our Reservation Event and are not in-stock items.
Estimated delivery for reservation orders is Fall 2026. Reservation holders will receive regular email updates throughout production, quality inspection, and fulfillment.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All Heritage orders are carefully packaged in our signature Heritage presentation packaging before shipment.
