Delta Quarter-Zip
The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Delta Sigma Theta® Classic Quarter-Zip is designed as a versatile premium layer for chapters, committees, reunions, conferences and coordinated group orders.
The cream body provides a quiet foundation for crimson Delta Sigma Theta Greek lettering at the wearer’s left chest, balanced by a smaller organization crest on the wearer’s right chest.
The remainder of the garment stays deliberately clean. There is no sleeve decoration and no back artwork, allowing the quarter-zip to function as true everyday apparel rather than event-only merchandise.

A&W STANDARD DESIGN
The cream garment color, crimson organization treatment, Greek letters, crest, artwork proportions, placement, sleeves and back are fixed elements of the A&W design.
They cannot be changed as part of a bulk order.
This includes requests for alternate garment colors, additional wording, sleeve artwork, back decoration, larger marks or repositioned artwork.
