The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Sigma Gamma Rho® Chapter Jacket combines classic bomber styling with the disciplined A&W outerwear system.
A royal-blue satin-finish body and tonal royal-blue ribbing create a streamlined foundation. Gold ΣΓΡ® lettering provides a controlled contrast at the wearer’s left chest, balanced by the organization crest at a smaller scale on the opposite side.
One optional chapter or group designation may be added at the upper sleeve. The back stays clean by design.
