The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Alpha Kappa Alpha Rugby Polo – Custom Chapter brings traditional collegiate sport styling into the A&W Greek Shop aesthetic.
Designed for coordinated chapter, line, committee, and group orders, the rugby features a rich green and cream striped body accented with pink detailing and the A&W-designed Alpha Kappa Alpha crest at the chest.
Rather than oversized event-style personalization, customization is intentionally understated. The result feels more like a vintage university or private athletic-club rugby than a traditional event shirt.
