The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

Sizes may be mixed within the order minimum.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Your customized design will be reviewed before production. Minor adjustments to text scale or spacing may be made to accommodate longer chapter names while maintaining the proportions of the original design.
