The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Alpha Kappa Alpha® Track Jacket brings vintage athletic-club styling into the A&W design language.
Built on a polished black foundation, the jacket features pink-and-green striping running from shoulder to cuff, balanced by AKA lettering at the wearer’s left chest and the organization crest at the wearer’s right chest.
The design is intentionally disciplined: strong enough to immediately communicate organization identity, but restrained enough to wear beyond a single event.
Designed for chapter, committee, conference, reunion and coordinated group orders.

A&W STANDARD DESIGN
This jacket is an A&W-designed garment.
The black garment color, pink-and-green stripe configuration, organization lettering, crest, artwork size, artwork placement, sleeves and back are fixed components of the design.
These elements cannot be changed as part of a bulk order.
Requests for alternate garment colors, different stripe colors, oversized logos, additional sleeve artwork, back graphics or repositioned organization marks cannot be accommodated.
