The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Sigma Gamma Rho® Classic Quarter-Zip was created as a versatile premium layer for coordinated chapter, committee, reunion, conference and group orders.
A cream body provides a sophisticated neutral foundation for royal-blue-and-gold Sigma Gamma Rho Greek letters at the wearer’s left chest. The organization crest is positioned at the wearer’s right chest at a slightly smaller scale, keeping the overall composition balanced and wearable.
Blank sleeves and a clean back maintain the polished A&W aesthetic.

A&W STANDARD DESIGN
The cream garment color, royal-blue-and-gold organization treatment, Greek letters, crest, artwork scale, artwork placement, sleeves and back are fixed components of the A&W design.
Requests to change the garment color, add sleeve or back graphics, enlarge the artwork, reposition the marks or substitute other decoration cannot be accommodated.
