The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Sigma Gamma Rho® Packable Quilted Jacket brings classic quilted outerwear into A&W’s more disciplined organization-apparel system.
The black diamond-quilted body keeps the jacket versatile, while ΣΓΡ® lettering at the wearer’s left chest introduces royal-blue-and-gold contrast. The organization crest appears at a smaller scale on the wearer’s right chest, maintaining a balanced front composition.
Blue-and-gold zipper-pull and collar details provide just enough organization color while keeping the overall jacket understated.
