Zeta Polo
The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Zeta Phi Beta Polo – Custom Chapter brings traditional collegiate sport styling into the A&W house aesthetic. Designed for coordinated chapter and group orders, the polo features the A&W-designed Zeta crest at the front with restrained chapter personalization at the back neck and sleeve.
Rather than oversized event-style lettering, the customization is intentionally understated—giving the finished piece the character of a vintage university or private athletic-club polo.

To preserve the integrity of the design, crest proportions, font selection, embroidery placement, and approved colors are predetermined by A&W.

Sizes may be mixed within the minimum quantity.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Customized designs are reviewed prior to production. Minor adjustments to lettering size or spacing may be made to accommodate longer chapter names while maintaining the proportions of the original design.
