The online design is a preliminary visualization. A&W will issue a final production proof. Production begins only after the authorized client representative approves the final proof in writing.
Standard production is generally 3–5 weeks. Imported or highly customized products may require 6–12 weeks. Timing begins after final artwork approval, confirmed quantities and required payment.
Shipping is calculated according to packed weight, carton dimensions, destination and service level. Individual-member shipping and oversized shipments require separate quotations.
Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded after final proof approval, except for verified production defects.

The Zeta Phi Beta® Heritage Track Jacket gives classic collegiate track styling a more refined A&W treatment.
The black jacket is accented by royal-blue-and-white sleeve stripes, creating immediate Zeta identity while keeping the body clean and versatile.
ΖΦΒ lettering appears at the wearer’s left chest and is balanced by a slightly smaller organization crest on the wearer’s right chest.
The back remains clean, allowing the jacket to move easily between chapter functions, travel, conferences and everyday wear.
